Who is a Brand Promoter?

A Larens Brand Promoter is a person who has completed a two-stage training, consisting of both theoretical and practical parts, concluded with a final exam verifying their knowledge.

During the course, the Larens Brand Promoter acquires knowledge in the following areas:

  • skin structure and skin types, along with appropriate skincare,
  • in-depth understanding of Larens Professional products and their application in professional treatments (as per indications),
  • selection of treatments and homecare routines tailored to skin type and condition,
  • knowledge of the beauty industry and current market trends,
  • sales and promotional skills.

Completing the Brand Promoter training is a necessary requirement for collaborating with beauty and aesthetic medicine salons.

Individuals without appropriate theoretical and practical preparation will not be approved for such cooperation due to insufficient qualifications, which could result in the inadequate representation of WellU in the beauty industry.

How to become a Brand Promoter?

To become a Larens Professional Brand Promoter, you must complete a dedicated training that takes place twice a year. Current dates can be found in the “Events” section of our website.

The training is divided into two parts:

1. Theoretical part. During the theory sessions, you will gain knowledge about:

  • skin structure,
  • skin types and their proper care,
  • cosmetic devices commonly used in professional salons,
  • how to combine Larens Professional products in treatments,
  • the WellU company and its achievements.

2. Practical part. The practical sessions are carried out in groups and include:

  • creating treatment protocols for specific devices and skin types,
  • developing the structure of a professional conversation with a cosmetologist,
  • completing the sales process effectively.
