How to become a Larens Professional Partner Clinic?
How to become a Larens Professional Partner Clinic?
• The application for a beauty salon aspiring to become a Partner Clinic may be submitted either by a Leader or personally by the salon owner.
• Please send applications to the following e-mail address: gabinety@wellu.eu.
The application must include:
• the salon’s ID number(s), as well as the ID numbers of owners and employees that should be taken into account when calculating the monthly turnover,
• the salon’s name and address,
• website/Facebook/Instagram address,
• photos of the salon exterior and interior,
• description of the location (whether it is in the city center or on the outskirts, whether there are other commercial premises nearby, what the target customer group is),
• number of employees,
• number of workstations,
• photos of the shop window/exterior frontage (so it is possible to assess whether Larens Professional branding can be placed on the front of the salon).
At the time of application:
• the salon must have been registered for at least 6 months and its average monthly point turnover must be at least 500 points,
• the salon and its employees must be trained (have completed the basic LEVEL 1 Larens Professional training).
Based on all the factors listed above, a decision is made as to whether the indicated location may become a Larens Professional Partner Clinic.
Partner Clinics – rules of cooperation
Conditions for maintaining the status of a Larens Professional Partner Clinic
• If the submitted application is approved, we monitor the Clinic’s turnover for 6 months.
• The Clinic must achieve a monthly turnover of more than 500 points.
• The owner (or at least one employee) should hold a Professional Diploma.
Accepted documents include:
• diploma of completion of a professional beauty course,
• diploma of completion of a beauty school,
• university confirmation of study progress in cosmetology,
• diploma of graduation in cosmetology,
• statement from the salon owner confirming the employment of a cosmetologist/beautician,
• professional certification: aesthetic medicine doctor/dermatologist/dentist.
The Partner Clinic receives support in the form of:
• business/sales training,
• once a year – textile materials (towels, capes, headbands, sheets, aprons), in colours agreed with the salon, with the salon logo and the Larens Professional logo (with a total value of approx. PLN 2,500.00 net),
• the possibility of carrying out joint marketing activities and product support for special occasions,
• promotion of the salon on the WellU website and on WellU/Larens Professional social media.
If the Partner Salon achieves its own turnover higher than 500 points at the end of each month, the Salon has the right to choose products from the WellU offer according to the scale below:
a) turnover of 500 points – selection of products with a retail value of PLN 1,000 net,
b) turnover of 1000 points – selection of products with a retail value of PLN 1,500 net,
c) turnover of 1500 points – selection of products with a retail value of PLN 2,000 net, etc.
For the selected products, regular prices should be applied (without current promotions and special offers).
