How to Become a Larens Professional Partner Salon?
– A beauty salon aspiring to become a Partner Salon can be submitted either by a Leader or the salon owner personally.
– Please send applications to the e-mail address: gabinety@wellu.eu.
The application must include:
– ID number(s) of the salon, owners, and employees to be considered for calculating the monthly turnover,
– Name and address of the salon,
– Website/Facebook/Instagram address,
– Photos of the salon exterior and interior,
– Description of the location (e.g., city center, outskirts, presence of other commercial establishments nearby, target customer group),
– Number of employees,
– Number of workstations,
– Photos of the storefront (to determine the possibility of Larens Professional branding on the salon’s front).
At the time of application:
– The salon must have been registered for a minimum of 6 months, and its average monthly turnover must be at least 500 points,
– The salon and its employees must be trained (complete the basic Larens Professional LEVEL 1 training).
Based on the above factors, a decision will be made regarding whether the specified location can become a Larens Professional Partner Salon.
Conditions for Maintaining the Status of a Larens Professional Partner Salon:
– If the submitted application is accepted, we will monitor the salon’s turnover for 6 months.
– The salon must achieve a monthly turnover of more than 500 points.
– The owner (or at least one employee) should possess a Professional Diploma.
Acceptable documents are:
– a diploma from a professional beauty course,
– a diploma from a beauty school,
– a statement from a university regarding the progress of studies in cosmetology,
– a diploma in cosmetology,
– a declaration from the salon owner about employing a cosmetologist/beautician,
– a certificate of profession: aesthetic medicine doctor/dermatologist/dentist.
A Partner Salon receives support in the form of:
– business/sales training,
– once a year – textile materials (towels, capes, headbands, sheets, aprons) in colors chosen by the salon, featuring the salon’s logo and the Larens Professional logo (with a total value of approximately 2500.00 PLN net),
– the possibility to conduct joint marketing campaigns, product support for special occasions,
– promotion of the salon on WellU’s website and WellU/Larens Professional social media channels.
If the Partner Salon achieves a turnover (own) greater than 500 points by the end of each month, the Salon has the right to select products from the WellU offer with a value according to the following scale:
a) turnover of 500 points – selection of products with a retail value of 1,000 PLN net,
b) turnover of 1,000 points – selection of products with a retail value of 1,500 PLN net,
c) turnover of 1,500 points – selection of products with a retail value of 2,000 PLN net, etc.
For selected products, regular prices must be applied (excluding current promotions and special offers!).
