How to become a Trainer?

  • A Trainer position is available to PRO Business Partners or PRO+ Business Partners who meet the following criteria: have been registered for at least 1 year (or 3 months for newly opened markets), hold a Level 1 Training Certificate.
  • The candidate should work with the brand’s products and make regular purchases from the Larens Professional line.
  • Candidates must also hold a Qualification Diploma and upload it to the WellU system.

Rules for Trainers

General Rules:

  • New trainers are exclusively trained by Larens Professional Expert Tatiana Adamczyk-Marciniak.
Trainers are evaluated based on their professional growth, the number of training sessions conducted, and the number of certificates issued.
  • Once a year, during the Larens Professional Congress, a review of the trainer’s collaboration with the company is conducted. Based on this review, a decision is made whether to extend the collaboration for another year.
  • If a trainer violates the terms of the cooperation agreement, trainer regulations, acts against the company’s interests, or commits other offenses, the company reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect.

The trainer is obliged to:

  • conduct training sessions according to the prescribed framework,
    verify participants of the training,
  • issue Level 1 Certificates (based on whether the participants meet the requirements),
  • submit training records to gabinety@wellu.eu.,
  • uphold and promote the company’s reputation,
  • during demonstration treatments, ensure the participant signs consent forms for image usage and treatment administration.

A trainer must not:

  • recruit individuals registered in other structures into their own structure through training sessions,
  • conduct training sessions at a price other than the one established by the company,
  • act against the company’s interests, either in-person or online.

What does the trainer get?

Upon completing the paid Trainer Course, the candidate receives:

  • a certificate confirming the status of Official Larens Professional Trainer,
  • a printed Level 1 Training Certificate template for issuing to trained individuals (either pre-signed by the Trainer or, upon request, blank in electronic format),
  • a Larens Professional Trainer apron,
  • the opportunity to have their photograph featured on our website with the title “Larens Professional Trainer” (photo to be provided by the Trainer),
  • ongoing professional (cosmetology) support from Tatiana Adamczyk-Marciniak, along with access to monthly Trainer meetings conducted by her via the ZOOM platform,
  • administrative support via gabinety@wellu.eu.

A Trainer may also receive a set of cosmetics if they meet the following conditions:

  • Within the first year: Train 10 individuals and regularly submit documentation (at least once a month).
  • After the first year: Train 30 individuals within a year and regularly submit documentation (at least once a month).

A trained individual is defined as someone who:

  • is registered in the WellU system,
  • has submitted a Qualification Diploma (uploaded to the system),
  • has placed their first order, with the status marked as “delivered.”

Only individuals meeting these criteria are eligible to receive a Level 1 Training Certificate and are included in the Trainer’s records.
