  • Applications to become a trainer should be sent to gabinety@wellu.eu
  • Trainings for trainers take place once a year, simultaneously with the Larens Professional Congress – around the middle of each year.
  • Each application is considered individually.

Trainer Rules

General Rules:

  • New trainers are trained only by Larens Professional Expert – Tatiana Adamczyk-Marciniak
  • Trainers are verified in terms of development, the number of trainings conducted, the number of certificates issued
  • Once a year (by the Larens Professional Congress), after verification of the existing cooperation,  a decision is made whether the cooperation is extended for another year
  • In the event that the trainer violates the rules of cooperation, the trainer’s regulations, acts to the detriment of the company, commits other offences – the company has the right to terminate the contract with the trainer with immediate effect

The trainer is obliged to:

  • conduct training according to the learned scheme,
  • verify the people taking part in the training and, depending on whether they meet the conditions or not, issue certificates after the LEVEL 1 training,
  • send training records to the address gabinety@wellu.eu,
  • promote the good name of the company,
  • During the demonstration procedure, sign a consent to share the image and a consent to perform the procedure.

A trainer must not:

  • recruit people registered in other structures to their structure through training,
  • conduct training in an amount other than that set by the Company,
  • act to the detriment of the company (both live and online)

What the trainer gets:

  • substantive (cosmetic) support for Tatiana Adamczyk-Marciniak,
  • organizational support – gabinety@wellu.eu
  • after 3 good trainings – a full range of Larens Professional products necessary to perform treatments,
  • after 3 good trainings – Larens Professional training apron
  • in the case of use of products for treatments – replenishment of deficiencies (verified with the number of certificates issued/trainings conducted and verification of the actual consumption of a given product)

* What is “good training”? – those where the records were sent on time and only participants who met the criteria for receiving the certificate were trained
