Privately, I’m a dad, a husband, and a huge fan of all things active. An entrepreneur and networker. For many years now, I’ve been teaching others how to upgrade the quality of their lives. Before entering the world of network marketing, I spent 12 years playing football, studied Physical Education at the University of Zielona Góra, and worked in the hospitality industry.
I’ve been in the industry since 2013 and joined WellU in 2022. When choosing a company to partner with, I focus on a unique and standout product, a marketing plan that fits my working style, a vision and philosophy that resonate with me—and most importantly, whether these values truly live in the hearts of the Founders.
When I got to know the WellU Founders, I quickly recognized honest people creating real value. Helena Hošková - WellU International President
I’m a mom, a grandmother, a partner… and I’m practically fused with WellU family by now – our journey together has lasted 21 years. It’s a big part of my life, and I’m deeply grateful for these beautiful years.
I used to work in administration, but that job didn’t bring me fulfillment. I knew I wanted to work with people, do something creative, organize my own work, and help others. In 1993, I came across my first MLM opportunity. Over time, I got involved with different companies—but not all of them were honest. I kept my regular job while learning how network marketing works and listening to my heart to discover which company truly felt like “the right one.” Those were fascinating years. I was building a business—but also meaningful relationships that still last today.
In 2004, by chance, fish collagen came into my hands. At that time almost no one knew what it was – including me. For 35 years I couldn’t cope with acne. I stopped believing that there was anything that could help me. I wanted to use collagen for the eczema I had on my hand. I saw that it helped me, so I started applying it to my face as well. What these products did to my skin was like a little miracle. Regeneration, smoothing of scars and wrinkles, hydration…. My joy was indescribable. I wanted others to be able to enjoy it as well. Later I met the owners of the company and decided – “This is what I was looking for!”. This is how my cooperation with WellU began and it continues to this day.
“Ask, and you shall receive.” That’s been my life motto—and I can honestly say, it works. What I truly value is that our company shares these same beliefs, and that we really do receive everything we need.

Łukasz Romański - WellU President
I graduated in Physical Education at the University of Zielona Góra and hold a Master’s degree in Social Rehabilitation. I’m a proud dad of two wonderful daughters—and a musician at heart. I’m known for speaking fast and building strong relationships even faster.
I first heard about marketing while studying and working as a lifeguard. That’s when I met Emin Akdogan—back then, neither of us imagined we’d go so far together one day. Before that, I was focused on music—I provided musical settings for church services and performed with my own band. Moving to Zielona Góra was a turning point in my life.
My beginnings were quite different from what people usually expect—at first, I actually turned down the opportunity. The person who introduced me to this type of business didn’t have great results at the time. Two years later, our paths crossed again—and that’s when I saw how much they had accomplished. I told them “If you teach me how to do it—I’m in.” And that’s how my journey with marketing began—and it’s been almost 13 years now! 2025 marks my third year with WellU. It’s the fourth company I’ve worked with—and the first one I chose by myself. Looking at where I am today, I know it was a fantastic decision. I’m confident this will be a long-term partnership!

Ryszard Rychlik - WellU President
An entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in traditional business, direct sales, and network marketing. I’ve built a network of nearly 10,000 people and achieved outstanding results in the financial sector. I’m actively growing my structure within WellU, aiming for the highest rank in the career plan. My mentorship has also helped my son reach remarkable success—2 million YouTube subscribers, four released albums, and #1 on the OLiS chart.
I’ve been involved in sales since I was very young. After returning from military service, I spent six months working at a dairy before starting my own business. I sold a wide range of products—first at local markets, then through several stationary stands offering all kinds of goods. And then, I discovered the world of network marketing! Thanks to it, I’ve been enjoying financial freedom ever since.
One day, I was invited to a meeting with the company’s founders. Their authenticity and warmth instantly won me over! A few months later, I began my journey with WellU. Today, I hold the rank of President, I regret nothing, and I’m deeply grateful for it all!

Lucie Peterková - WellU President
I’m a proud mom of two amazing children and the wife of the most wonderful man who supports me every step of the way in my career. I love family life—but I also love the world of business. I cherish both financial and time freedom, I can’t stand injustice, I adore my family, and traveling is my passion. I’m a perfectionist—everything in my life needs to be in order.
I used to work as a sales assistant and translator. I was responsible for the production of crane parts and structures for escalators. Working in that industry felt like a constant race—with no room for personal growth. I knew I didn’t want to stay there, because I longed for both time and financial freedom. I’ve always found joy in caring for others, in making people feel better and more confident. The way we look affects how we feel. Daniela Majer - WellU President
My husband Milan and I have been working with WellU from the very beginning—15 years and counting. We’ve divided our responsibilities, which allows us to complement each other perfectly. I’m also a Trainer and the owner of a beauty salon, where I personally confirm the effectiveness of our products in everyday practice.
For many years, I worked in administration—in a profession that had nothing to do with MLM or sales. It wasn’t until my husband and I started building a network with WellU that everything changed. The beginning was challenging—the system was just taking shape, and we had to learn many new things. At the same time, I worked as a sales representative for companies that supplied products to beauty salons. That’s why this industry is close to my heart, and thanks to WellU, I can continue to dedicate myself to it.
We were looking for products to offer in our online store. At the time, collagen gels were becoming very popular. During our search, my husband came across a company that was just about to launch a new MLM network based on those products. We were invited to a meeting with leaders who had already been working with the company. Despite having no prior experience in the industry, we decided to join. We’ve never regretted that decision—it opened up completely new opportunities for us, both personally and professionally. Today, that company is known as WellU.

Hana Balcárková - WellU President
I’ve always sought naturalness and the beauty of life. I see the skin and body as a reflection of our inner needs. I believe that the condition of our skin and body mirrors our lifestyle, stress levels, and lack of movement. Every person is unique, which is why I focus my work on the health, beauty, and overall well-being of my clients. My goal is to guide others toward feeling good in their own skin and embracing the self-care they truly deserve. I concentrate on improving the quality of life for women and girls, supporting their well-being, and helping them reconnect with their identity. In life, I follow three principles: Listen, Support, Empower. I have a happy family and I’m a great-grandmother—what more could I ask for?
Before joining WellU, I worked in sports education. I was first introduced to the world of network marketing by another company, where I spent 20 years as a sales manager, developing a distribution network across Slovakia and the Czech Republic. After that chapter ended, I began looking for new opportunities. I founded my own Beauty Institute and combined it with WellU—where I’ve now been working for 12 years. It’s a wonderful company that truly reflects my life philosophy.

Aleksandra Grabiec - WellU Vice President
I’m a chemist by education, with many years of experience in the pharmaceutical and supplement industry. I’ve been working in network marketing for five years. I’m passionate about travel, cosmetic innovations, and all things chemistry.
For many years, I worked in a large pharmaceutical and supplement company in the quality control department. I conducted physicochemical analyses of raw materials and finished products, and I also supervised laboratory chemical equipment. I’m also a certified quality manager and worked as an internal auditor.
I made the decision to change my professional life after going through a serious battle with cancer. I chose to work in the MLM business model—and that’s exactly what I did. WellU is my second project, and I was won over by its technology, product quality, and proven effectiveness. This business also gives me a great sense of personal freedom, which is something I truly value.

Agnieszka Sieczkowska Klimek - WellU Vice President
I’m a woman who chose to live life on her own terms—curiously, independently, and with a mission to inspire others to do the same. I hold a degree in management and marketing, and I’ve always dreamed of building a business that would give me growth, great income, and true freedom. Today, I live in Kraków, originally from the Podkarpacie region. I’m a proud mom of adult children, and I love traveling and the mountains.
I discovered network marketing at a young age, and I’ve been growing in this model for over 20 years. I’ve never worked a traditional 9-to-5 job. I started out as a brand-new mom—I needed something that would allow me to balance family life with earning an income. Once I discovered the potential of team building, I was completely hooked.

Katarína Pepová - WellU Vice President
I have always been interested in the beauty industry. After graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering and working in several places, I ultimately decided to pursue cosmetology. I belong to the fortunate few who truly love what they do. I specialize in the care of problematic skin and also conduct training sessions for beauticians in several countries.
Previously, I worked in public administration. I enjoyed working with people, but the salary was insufficient. I decided to try living abroad. I adjusted to life there, but I missed my family and home, so after six years I returned to Slovakia with my son. I completed a cosmetology school and started working at a company where I first worked as a beautician and later became a trainer.
WellU came into my life completely by chance. At the time, I was looking for a chemical peel. Many beauticians in Slovakia were already offering Larens products. One day, I came across an ad and decided to order my first set. The results kept convincing me more and more that this was a love for life. Once I was fully confident in the effectiveness of the products and knew the brand inside out, I decided it was worth introducing it to other beauticians as well. I used my knowledge of Hungarian and, together with my mentors, we opened the Hungarian market in 2023.

I value independence, which is why one day I told myself: “If someone’s going to be my boss—it’s going to be me!” Since 2019, I’ve been building a team and helping beauticians grow—not just in business, but also in self-confidence. I love freedom, motivation, and a bit of healthy competition—both at work and in life.
Before stepping into the world of network marketing, I was searching for a path that truly made sense to me. Even during my studies, I knew that working “for someone else” wasn’t the right fit. I’m 70 years old, retired, and enjoying life together with my wife, children, and grandchildren.
I started my career as a mine rescue worker, and over the years I explored various forms of network marketing. But it wasn’t until I joined WellU that everything finally made sense—this collaboration has proven to be meaningful and effective in every way.
In 2003, I started using the company’s products and was absolutely amazed by the Repair Gel. As I saw the company’s enormous growth potential, I became interested in collaborating. In 2010, the product development market accelerated, and I began to take an interest in dietary supplements. Cosmetology is my passion. I wanted to create a space where my clients could feel beautiful and truly cared for—and that’s how my beauty salon, Lstudio, was born. I train other beauticians, as well.
